Delete your Tutelage account and data

Tutelage accounts for parents, students and teachers are created by the Tutelage team. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information linked to it at any time. You do not need to sign in to make a request.

What happens next

  1. We contact you using the email address or phone number on record to confirm the request is really from you. We do this before deleting anything, so nobody else can delete your data.
  2. We delete or anonymise your account and the personal information linked to it, including messages and files you sent in class chats.
  3. We tell you when it is done.

What we may keep

We keep some records only where the law requires it, mainly payment and receipt records for tax and accounting. We keep only what the law requires and remove or anonymise personal details in those records where we can. We tell you what we kept when we complete your request.

Your child's data

A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their child's profile, class records, homework and messages by choosing "My child's data" above.
