  • One-on-one tutoring sessions
  • Educational content and resources
  • Progress tracking and assessment
  • Messaging between parents, tutors and the Tutelage team
  • Scheduling and fee records

3. User Accounts

Accounts for parents, students and teachers are created for you by the Tutelage team. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
  • Making sure the information we hold about you is current and accurate

5. Tutoring Sessions

All tutoring sessions must be conducted professionally and respectfully. Both students and tutors are expected to:

  • Maintain appropriate and respectful communication
  • Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
  • Come prepared with necessary materials
  • Focus on educational objectives during sessions
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly

6. Messaging and community rules

Class chats let parents, teachers and the Tutelage team talk about classes. Students do not use chat. When you use chat you agree to these rules:

  • Be respectful. Harassment, bullying, threats and hate speech are not allowed.
  • Keep messages about learning and class arrangements. No spam, advertising or unrelated links.
  • Do not share inappropriate, violent, sexual or otherwise harmful content.
  • Do not share other people's personal details, passwords or payment information.
  • Only share files and photos you have the right to share, and do not post photos of children other than your own.
  • Use Report on any message that breaks these rules, and Block to stop seeing a person's messages.

Reporting and blocking. Anyone in a chat can report a message and block a person from within the chat. Blocking hides that person's messages for you only; they stay in the group and other members still see them.

Moderation. The Tutelage team reviews reports. We may remove a message, remove a person from a chat, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. When a message is reported we keep a copy so that we can review it.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for tutoring services is due as agreed with Tutelage. Our payment terms include:

  • All fees must be paid before or at the time of service
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance
